Yes, but then you are paying close to $750 for a rig that is just not worth it. If you are comfortable putting a video card into a computer, you can easily build a whole rig yourself that is nicer, and is less money.

The following comes $584.79 after shipping, and $549.79 after MIR. Which would you rather have? Also, you could drop in a Phenom II X4 920 2.8 ghz quad core into this rig for only $80 more.

EDIT: only $65 more... just found this combo deal.

My guess is you could save more by looking for more combos.

Largely depends on your definition of "good". I would say no, not well anyways. Considering especially that you can build a better system for the same or less.

The first one is $30 out of your budget, but I don't know how precise your budget is. The second one is within your budget. I would highly recommend you go with the first one if you can afford it. It gives you a better PSU and a faster CPU for only $30 more.
