Import Camcorder Video on Windows 7

[RyeMoes]

Anybody know of a free solution for importing video from a mini-dv camcorder on Windows 7.

Windows Movie Maker for some reason doesn't have this feature on Windows 7. I tried installing programs like Pinnacle VideoSpin but it can't be installed on Windows 7 at the moment. Ugh.
