Help with the ban I received

I'm sorry, this isn't the appropriate place for this issue, but I have been constantly trying to contact the support section to no avail. I was permanently banned from every eGO server about a month ago for disrespecting a player in the server. I appealed the ban, but unfortunately the same admin that banned me in the server was the one who reviewed and denied my appeal. This is pretty much the only time during the whole year that I get to play css, due to school and things, and eGO is the only server that I play on because their is constant admin support and a very small threat of hackers. I regret what I did and I have learned my lesson, and I won't disrespect anyone in your server. I am just asking if my ban can be overturned or anything can be done. i appealed the ban already, as i said in my previous post, but the admin who banned me was the same one who reviewed my appeal. Unfortunately, it won't let me contest the ban more than once and thats why I had to post here to get some assistance

Your ban was for 3 months.

yes, it was 3 months, but it might as well be permanent in my eyes. the summer is the only time i have to play css, and im just asking for it to be shortened. as i said before, i have already served a month of it, and i am just asking for a little slack. im not trying to be a douche, but come on, 3 months for disrespecting a player? I didn't even get a warning, I was just banned like that. as you can see, i was dealt a pretty bad hand here. I'm just asking for a little help here brah's

If you really want to talk about it, i would advise you to pm the DL's and speak to them about it. Theres no point in posting it out in the open, nobody under advisor can really help you with your situation.
