message in console

[FeartheReaper]

I will often get a lag spikes and i happen to check console and found this message over and over

NET_SendPacket Warning: WSAEINTR : 174.37.151.194:27015

Steam help suggested it is a winsock error.
I have tried there suggestions and it still comes up.
Anyone have any ideas?

First off your going to have to give a little more information.

What are you running? (ex. XP, Vista, etc...)
Are you using Wireless or are you Wired?
Have you tried updating your drivers?
