Yeah this one's been out for a couple weeks I think - it's going to be a great game. I picked up the first one on my new system just a few weeks ago for 10 bucks while I was on sale on Steam - and it's a great game, but does admittedly get a little repetitive. The second one should be awesome.

No, it won't. The developers have stated, that with Assassin's Creed 2, they tried most especially to give the players more ways to accomplish every single thing in the game. There is an economic system implemented, where the player can gain money, hire the services of NPCs, etc. Steal from every NPC, and have certain NPCs steal from the player.

I read elsewhere that there were something like 4 times the missions as in the first Assassin's Creed, as well.

It should be a blast. Plus, Ezio looks cooler than Altair.

I can't wait, I am finishing up getting all the flags in assassins creed, can't wait to start leaping around the rooftops of Venice and use a hidden pistol.

I loved Assassins Creed 1 and I'm really really really hoping that this will tie up the loose ends of AC1, If you have beat the game you know what I mean.

The first one gets boring. Fast. I've heard they pretty much completely remade the game, and took out the boring, repeative missions.
