Ok FNR4 Is amazing, with a entirely physics based engine, you see blood, spit, sweat and muscles flex realistically.

The bad thing is in online matches. 7/10 Of my fights, ill get a guy/girl who just spams jabs, it makes it easy for me to knock them out, its just not much of a challenge. They kind of remind me of school fights where you have the one guy just throwing as many punches as he can hoping they hit the other guy and then you have the guy who knows what he's doing, picking his shots and making sure they hit and hurt. On top of that if you do an upper cut and KO someone, some people who just are so pissed at you for KO'ing them, they'll send you a message just cussing at you and saying "UPPERCUTS ARE FOR SCRUBS!!!!11!!!", (someone actually put the 1's in on purpose when he sent the msg to me).

So If you buy this, be aware that their are many people who play online who have no idea at all how to fight. But the single player "Legacy Mode" is just solid. You start out as a guy in a competition in an old run down gym and you make your way up the ladder playing such names as Manny Pacquiao, Ricky Hatton and others. And by the way, Hatton can KO Pacquiao in the game at least lol. The controls are very easy to use. The default controls are the RS to hit, LS to move, Y to clinch, B to headbutt (illegal), and X to push. LT to weave and RT to Block.

Oh and who ever is up to play FNR4 or anything else my gamer tag is
BoH Beasty.

PS: Ali and Tyson are playable and make an amazing fight.

I played Fight Night Round 4 religously on the PS3 currently I love it, I like it a bit better than UFC and I hate playing online because I keep getting robbed because everyone spams jabs and while I counter and destroy them, they still win because they threw more punches.

i actually was not very impressed with FNR4 i found it kind of too cartoonish in a way. I was very impressed with the new UFC '09 game however, amazing graphics! Especially if you have HD set up on a big TV. Looks like a live real life fight

i am tired of the commercial for this..always comes on, on every commercial break
put that aside ive never bought a boxing game but this looked like a good game so i might buy this as my first game for boxing! :)

To each his own I suppose, but I got a bit tired of UFC because the career mode is not really good.

I've had UFC from day 1, and I love it. I tried the demo for FNR4 and it was...OK. Don't get me wrong, the gameplay was solid and the graphics were phenomenal, but I'm just hooked on UFC!

The demo for FNR 4 is different from the actual game, the AI in FNR 4 is better than UFC and the online as well because people get penalized for quitting.

Nice I was wondering If I were going to make the move from FNR3 to FNR4. You convinced me guys!

I would have to agree on the career mode, becomes repetitive, would be better if it had you actually doing a little more in game to boost your cardio/strength/speed besides just the sparring:facewall:
