The fastest way to get promoted is to follow the rules. Dont ask for a promotion, it will just show the leaders that all you want is admin. Get active in the forums and the servers. Get to know people and make friends, just get yourself noticed.

Be respectful and just enjoy yourself.

If you enjoy yourself and you dont think about promotions then you will probably get it quicker.
