Getting developers Console up?

Now before you accuse me of being ignorant and just clicking on the button in options, I HAVE ALREADY DONE IT the problem is my keyboard is konfigured a little diferent than the US configuration so i cannot bring up the console by pressing the usual "button below esc".

So i would be happy with any guidance i could get, if there are any europeans here that could tell me how, maybe you have had the same problem?
i am getting desperate here

well for me its ` that one but it could be ~ (next to enter) which is what it says on the options when you enable it, if that doesnt work then erm you could bind one of your keys (best to be ` or ~) to console.

no you have to go in the folders of INS. Hang on, ill tell you where to go.

Go there
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\charles_william12\insurgency\insurgency\cfg


Then look for the wordpad named Config. open it then look for Toggleconsole, it should look something like this:
"bind "l" "toggleconsole" then you bind to the letter you want to use, remember to change the LEFT letter.

or you go to your CFG folder and open note pad then(this should be easy for any admin) do bind *key* "console"

for those who want a quick lesson in how the game works, your gun changes movement keys ect, they aren't that amazing they are basicly it is one key bound to do one action (they are in a CFG file within your INS CFG folder.
