the term "iron horse" can be loosely described as camping as demo in the vents in Black Mesa...coined from some of the regulars on BM...as IronHorse the player was almost always seen camping in the vents...to be more specific.."Iron Horseing" is usually described as one camping the one way door headed to either C or L point..by either placing stickies just inside the door...OR camping up on the high ledge where the mini med pack it..and placing stickies in the catwalk above the end of the hallway....detonating at the precise moment to destroy anyone who dares to cross the path..
