I agree with Porkchop here, snipers pretty much keep shooting eventually you get 1 hit and he is a goner no matter how much health he has.

Well it's rare you'll live long enough to fully charge a shot(as Goretex has 450 health 24x7) when Goretex is in your view.

The difference between Cl!ff and Goretex is Cliff doesn't have a medic 24/7(only 23/7), and Goretex is a heavy medic vent camper on blackmesa most of the time, while Cl!ff goes out in the open on dustbowl. Huge difference there.
