1. What is the CS division
   
   The CS division is a Source based division in eGO specifically for the Counter-Strike franchise. After the success of the DOD:S and TF2 divisions within eGO, eGO tested the waters with other FPS games. Mostly Harmless was asked to take the top leadership spot and supervise the previously named Counter-Strike: Source division.

6. What is this Jail Server I have heard of
   
   The jail server is not a normal game of Counter-Strike. Jail is a role playing game in which you take on the role of a guard or prisoner. Before joining the server it is mandatory to read through the jail server rules which can be found at this thread:

   Members can help the division by simply being active in the servers! If you see a server with low amounts of players in it, join up to help fill it.

9. How / when will I be promoted
   
   Promotions are based on maturity. If you follow the eGO rules, and actively participate in the community and events, a promotion will come with time.
   
   There is no time slot when leadership gives promotion, or when a member is promoted. When leadership feels there are worthy people of promotions, they will promote them to a higher rank.

10. How can I contact an admin in game
    
    By typing an @ symbol in team chat followed by a message, it will send a message to all the admins in the server. You will not be able to see their discussion, but they will see your message and act accordingly.

11. How can I contact an admin out of game
    
    Hop in ventrilo! Most of eGO members and admins are active in ventrilo. Alternatively, you can add our admins on Steam. We are here to help!
