that sucks dude. hopefully your stuff was in the very back, it looked like some of those packages were still good.
 
I can't figure the wreck out, but I've had 3 customers already call saying "I WANT A REFUND MY PACKAGE WAS ON THERE I KNOW IT!".

you should tell them oh really ok then bring me the broken package and i'll give you the refund... why does the customers always make the problem bigger then it seems?
 
Ugh Mop, that smells. Perhaps you could be devious and try and make FedEx pay for those damaged items.

Oh they will, they'll cover the lost and damaged packages. But, the process is a pain in the badonkadonk.
 
Yeah unless they bring you the broken product... I'd say they're crap out of luck. Or like Thor said try and just get FedEx to pay for it. =/
 
FedEx is actually pretty good about claims. Damaged or lost packages are covered. The only thing ground wont cover is delivery time, which is why FedEx Express exists. When people start seeing that the last scan they have of their tracking number was in Dallas this morning they'll know what's up. 1 claims process is annoying as it is, but I'm sure we're going to have multiple. I've been running some tracking numbers from this week and I count 3 that were scanned at the Dallas facility this morning.
 
good ol' road workers, standing around doing... nothing. Man mop that sucks. It's good that FedEx will cover your stuff. May take a while for you to find out as the place is such a mess.
 
aww dat sux man... i wonder how did that truck juss split open... i thought they reinforced the truck metal sheets in 2006 (found that out when i was working at UPS for 3 months)
 
Hmm, hope one of Sadams bombs or somthing wasnt in there, or you'de be screwed.
