eGO server lag

Hello, previous to the last couple days playing on eGO servers has been perfect, no lag, nothing, but lately I've been lagging worse then I do on servers that are hosted in Moscow! I don't lag on any other servers that hosted in the states, and netgraph says I have 23-83 ping on all eGO servers and 150+ fps, anyone know how I could fix this issue with eGO servers?

Ok, type this in console:

rate 20000
cl_updaterate 30
cl_cmdrate 66

It fixes your lag, well at least it fixed mine.
