Its a figure of a Mecha Musume character. Mecha Musume is this Jap craze thats going around where anime girls are like "cyborgs" of military hardware. Take the bottom picture for example...

You have the half spitfire girl to the far left and the half bf 109g girl to the far right. The one in my avatar is a half T34/85 girl.....its a Russian tank....thus why it goes with the whole Soviet theme of my profile.

As for your avatar Wal-Mart....me likes very much. Cats are the pwnage. 10/10!
