No legs, no arms.

Lets not get carried away here...a few snapshots of him smiling does not mean he's all rainbows and flowers. I'm sure he would trade spots with almost every person here....

The pictures don't show him swimming, they show him floating in the water. Big difference.

Having said that, i had ALWAYS had respect for the handicapped people who do NOT let it stop them from living. Slow them down? Of course it does..but not stop.

I like it when I see people in wheelchairs going to the movies, or even driving those special cars.

Back in the day, when I in college, there was a student that was in my Trig, PreCalc and Calculus I class. I remember him well. Why? Because he was blind.

He did ALL the work in his head and then wrote the answer down. Some of his test he did do "one on one" with the prof, so he (the blind guy) could "say" (explain) the path to the answer.

Let that sink in for a minute. Who here has taking Calculus? This guy was blind and taking that class. Could you imagine working the fundamental theorem of calculus in your HEAD????

I will never forget that guy...

Its amazing how any human can just go on with their life knowing that theyre missing so much. This guy should be an inspiration to us all.

He's a really funny guy, and is good at joking around about his disability.

yeah this guy has an amazing story..
he actually spoke at my university last year.. very funny guy...

he told us a story where he was driving his car (yes he can drive, but with a special joystick thing i think?), and another car with an old lady in it was next to his car. Apparently she was looking at him, and he proceeded to do a full 360 while he was sitting in the car seat. Im sure you can imagine the horror on the womans face ROFL!!

Add to think the looks that he gets shopping at the Super Market... Little kids staring and asking out loud why he doesn't have any arms or legs.. Very sad... That's excellent that he is out doing stuff; swimming, surfing, golfing... Credits to him.

For numerous reasons. Most are just to be lazy, Oddly enough. But if I did, I'd want my arms and legs back.

Now if I was born without them, like this guy, Man, My life would be completely different. It does seem that he knows how to have fun though. So I'd survive.
