Bad TF2 lag spikes

I am getting really bad TF2 lags spikes, my fps stays the same, I ran a full aVast scan, downloaded TF2 again.
This only happens on TF2 I played NeoToyko and Killing floor
Please help ask questions and I will answer to the best of my abilities
