Joined Dec 18, 2008 Messages 4,044 Jul 10, 2009 #23 this processor seems to have very good overclocking ability (you could probably push it to 3.4GHz with after market cooling) basicly it is a last generation C2D with a 800MHz FSB (as apposed to 1066MHz) and 2mb cache (as apposed to 3mb) i honestly think that for $80 less it is a better choice and you probably wont notice much of a differece plus you could spend the saved $ on a better video card
