maul problem

hey all,
i need help from an eGO admin cause when i try to verify myself on maul i enter the correct id tells me to go ingame and a message will pop up saying it has be verified but it won'tdo that i had help from two people that were great with helping me but one said i should talk to a eGO admin so if you can help me out plz reply

Goomba and i got it fixed for him. It wasnt showing that he was MAUL verified when he joined into the server. Everything is fixed now.


Edit: Nvm, i guess he was manually validated.
