Steam error

If i try to launch any one of my games on steam an error pops up "SteamStartup() failed: SteamStartup(0xf,0x0012E584) failed with error 1:failed to take master pipe connection lock"

Open Steam, click on File and pick Change user.... Confirm and log-in into your account again. Might solve your problem. If it doesn't exit steam then go to your steam folder and delete ClientRegistry.blob. Run steam again and see what happens

Yeah, i agree with lemon. But if that doesnt help, u might have to re-install steam. Which is free isnt it?
