Hey Guys i was wondering what programs are like the best to use to see your computer information, and control gpu and cpu fan speeds, and any other programs.

For example Speedfan (which i heard dosent work) and Cpu-Z. =P

I need a fan controller because my gpu/cpu is on fire at 67/53 degrees Celsius LOL

I use Speedfan; the only problem is that my Dell XPS M1530's BIOS does not allow changing of the fan settings; it reports the GPU (nVidia M8600GT) as 90C. :O

Everest Ftw. Works wonders.
Btw, GPU's can stand upto 100c. Not that you want it that hot, but still.

GPUS can be put in the oven and fixed ! so throw your graphics card in the oven if you problem lulz

Lol alrite thx guys my gpu jsut went to like 84 C. LOL i took off the side panel and put a HUGE fan on it. lawl

Alrite so i torrentd Everest Ultimate Editon and i have no idea how to use it lol. Gbear you should get on vent with me and give me a tutorial ahaha, but yea. Whoever uses this program does anyone know where to go to control fan speeds? =(

Huge as in a 120mm ? or as in a 230mm ?

Really? i feel like it seems very intesly hot.. LOL.

And when i say huge fan, i mean ltieraly i fan not made for computers..

i use CCC for GPU fan (catalyst control center) but it only works with ATi GPUs

I think it's a hit and miss thing. I threw a not so old card that failed in the oven and it helped it a little, but after the 2nd baking I blew a cap.
