Problem with my source games

It says, OS paged pool memory low when I play my Dod:s and CS:S I looked on the internet for a long time I thought I fixed when I changed my Memory and made it larger. But once in a while it says it again. It even exits my games because of it. If you got any ideas or if it's super easy to fix just remember im only 14...

The same thing happens to me and I'm running 2GB of RAM on a very bad computer. Grant it later this month I'll have my PC build done with 4GB of ram. Is it because of low ram Cut?
