steam not working!!!!

hey guys im back, i had to work on my comp becasue it was akting up but now i cant get steam working. It says that there is a connection problem, so then i was going to install it again but when i try to it says win32 update error
can anyone help me????

well what did you do to get your computr "back up" maybe you need for format c: /q /y

Yeah....Blue screen of death is bad...and win 32, thats your operating system
