A HIGH quality PSU, yes. But running your PSU at that close to it's maximum load that often isn't exactly a good idea. Getting a more powerful high quality PSU will ensure no problems arise and you will be able to carry it over into your next build. It's a better investment.
Well that's not really true because the system he is using will run at arround 100-150w idle and will only take up around 300w with the gpu. so he got plenty left. The only thing good about getting a better one is future proofing. But as the PSU's are getting better and better in becoming 'green' it's not really good to keep a powersupply that long.
Note: i'm not breaking down your build, it's a great build for it's money but the powersupply has a too high wattage for the system it's powering.
