Request for new sig

Hello all,

Being that I am now an eG, I no longer feel that a one line quote is good enough for a sig. Unfortunately I am a terrible artist and even more terrible computer graphics artist. Be that as it may, I've decided to see if the good people here could whip something up for me.

I would like something that ether has DOD:S and/or Neotokyo in it.
Prefer primary colors to be black and red.
Includes my tag somewhere
Bonus points for tastefully adding my quote.
