All Points Bulletin (APB)

looks pretty cool, but having 99 other players and 1000s of civilians moving around is gonna lag me up lol
 
im not sure if you can actually still get the beta, I found this game months ago, signed up and still never got the beta >:-(
 
Servers officially shut down in less than 3 months of it's official release.

Biggest waste of money yet, for me.

Luckily, EA compensated me for my loss.

They didn't compensate me. Because I pre-ordered. Apparently playing in Beta for 2 weeks and the 3 day or whatever pre-start of a game that was too buggy to play was enough to be worth the $50ish dollars I spent. I won't be supporting them again.

Don't blame EA, they didn't develop or publish the game. They were only the distributor for the title. The only company that would have actually been obligated to compensated you completely disintegrated last month.
 
ya i was wondering why this thread was updated. too bad for the game & the company. maybe someone will pick it up (rockstar maybe) & hopefully finish it. highly doubt it tho. really looked interesting..
 
The game is getting closer to be purchased. The latest speculation is that Codemasters will buy it because a guy that works for them Tweeted about the negotiations that were also updated on the APB update launcher.
