I've always wanted one of those cool siggys every one has but.. I'm what you call not artistic so if any one would wanna help me make one (aka make one for me ) I'd love it !

All you need is patience and Adobe photoshop. Oh yea, and a brain. It's not that hard, and when you learn to actually make stuff, you get addicted and start making a billion creations. XD
