CoD4 IP's wont work :(

For some reason every time I try to type in the IP address to one of the 4 CoD4 Servers in the find a server tab in game it says it is under a different name and map. Not sure why but it is frustrating because i love Cod4 . Please help if anyone has any solutions. Thanks
