Problem with steam

Is anyone else having problems with Steam? I can log into steam but it wont bring up my friends list and when i load TF2 it says im not logged in. It wont let me see my achievements or any of my loadouts.

ya ive got the same thing but its probobly just for 5-10 mins its happened before

ok more weird stuff. i tried to log into the steam community, put my username and pw in and it gives me "Error verifying humanity" lol

They were probably updating or something. I had that same problem and it is back up now. But please, we do not need whole new threads over something temporary, ask in shoutbox, if the problem persists for a few hours, a day or so, then that deserves a post, in the general forum maybe. Nothing against, its all good now.

That usually happens during updates to the client or when they bring it down to fix something urgent. But updates usually dont happen during primetime.. or atleast close to it. Which is the only odd thing I can think about it.
