As many of you know, the only league to host INS is coming to america, well their servers are. ESL America is hosting an opening cup. Sign ups end July 31st.
ONLY people who are scrim certified can be in this team for multiple reasons.
1. They have shown themselves to have sufficient skill in the game.
2. They are team players and are not above letting others take their favorite weapon in favor of helping the team better.
3. (and this one is the most important) These people have shown their ability to represent this clan in both maturity, and skill.
You may be asking yourselves, "how do I be on the srim team?"
Well I will tell you. First, you have to show up to scrim training classes. I will be teaching people our strategies we will be using in these scrims, and will be showing people their spots.
Second, you have to give input and show that you are listening. You need to show me, and other members of the scrim team that you can listen to directions, and be able to move freely from point to point on a map, and be able to shift tactics at the drop of a dime.
The ESL league is a 5v5 league, however this does not mean that only 5 people will be participating in the ESL league. We can have as many people on a team as we wish, and will be rotating people in and out as we see fit, and to give everyone a chance to play.
Now on to the topic of the scrim training class. Previously, there were only 2 classes a week. Now, there will be four. Two on Mondays. 5pm est and 8pm est. And two on Fridays. again 5pm est and 8 pm est. Tonight and monday I will be running you guys mainly through 5v5 scrims against each other with the others spectating. THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO BE ON THE SCRIM TEAM. Don't miss it.
