Yes, it is a pretty good video card, it is great for it's price. It will run all of the steam games that you need since, they all only require Directx 9.0 and that is what this is. I would get this I have one just like it, it runs perfectly. Also nvidia is a great video card company.

That card should be ok, but you can get a 8400gs with 512MB ram for about the same price as the site you listed. The 8400 is available at newegg for 32.99 at newegg, although I have seen it at many other places also for similar prices.

Also, you can get a 9400gt 512MB for 49.99 at newegg (again, I have seen this card at other places for about the same price, so you shouldn't have too many problems if you want to get it)

That is a decent video card. Compared to nothing it's great, but compared to a 4890 it's not so hot. It's all relative.

it is not a bad card, very nice for the price but not very good of a hardcore gaming card used for like Crysis or anything but not bad

That 9400 is the low form factor version, it is designed to fit into as small a space as possible. Not all 9400s are the same form factor though.
