Need help finding CS:S Server

I know the IP is 174.36.42.205:27015 but i dont know where to put it and i cant find it the old fashion way either....Please help!

k there are 2 ways

first bring up console and type "connect 174.36.42.205:27015"

or you could go to your favourites tab in the server browser and click add a server than put your ip in the box and hit add this address to favorites
