Nifty Console settings for sniping

This helps me with sniping, its purely scoped sensitivity. If you have problems with the sensitivity of the scope feeling too fast or too slow you can change the sensitivity through console by typing (zoom_sensitivity ratio .##) its default at 1.00 but i use .67 for my ratio it works nicely if you like flick shotting when sniping.
