Hey guys, i was wondering if there was such thing as some kind of connector that connects 2 ends of a Ethernet cable?

if your just looking to extend an ethernet cable, what captain posted is ok.

Make sure it doesnt go over 300 feet though.

Actually, you don't need one of those. You could buy a crossover cable.

a crossover cable is where they 'cross' the 4 wires used in networking (2 inputs & 2 output leads are reversed on each end). used in connecting devices on the same layer; that is, if you want to connect two switches/routers/hubs together, you would use a crossover cable, but when you connect a pc to a switch/router/hub, you use a ST (straight through) cable.
