Is gamestop reliable on buying pc games? like TF2, and such. I'm wondering cause theres one right besides where my mom works and Ima get $20+ each night from helping her work so I wanted to know before I even think of stepping into gamestop, or is there an better place of pc games?

I absolutely hate gamestop and eb games, I mean if you have to buy your PC games there go ahead and do it. They pretty much are only console based now and all the PC games are behind the desk.
But if you want to buy more games, just buy a pre-paid visa gift card from walgreens or something and it works perfectly on steam.. lot better prices/selection for the old games. Don't expect to find the old pc games at gamestop.

Gamestop follows the money. With the advent of digital distribution for PC games, the numbers are dropping in retail thus less reason to support PC gaming.

To answer your question, yes. It is totally safe to buy your PC games from them. I had one problem with a game I bought, being that the guy didn't put the CD-Key in the case when I got it. Got home and realized the problem... so I called, and he remembered immediately, and gave me the number over the phone.
And yeah their selection is kinda small, but honestly they carry the big name titles, which also tend to be good for PC.

ive found out it seems like walmart has just as good of selection of pc games as gamestop does. Just buy a visa girftcard and get games from steam or check out newegg.com. they have good prices on games. Usually atleast $3 cheaper on there if you dont mind a 2-3 day wait its worth it. I got gta4 for $30 when it still cost 50 anywhere else i looked.
in my opinion gamestop and eb games are just for games like ps2/3 xbox blah blah. but for pc games i would go to best buy or steam, if you could just give your mom the money in cash and she'll just buy it for you on steam. thats what i do.
