So, I have a question for you crazy ego's.

A buddy of mine owns a server. Runs it with Mani and uses the usual anti hacks.

But occasionally, we run into hackers who destory the server and remove admin rights from everyone except owners. I actually know a few people who can come into any server, DEMAN admin; quickly followed by this hack when they are denied or banned.

So, with that said.. How does EGO defend their servers against this? :confused1:

We have admins that know what they are doing. Each admin is trained to handle such situations. We also run SourceMod.

Mani is not used in eGO servers. We use Sourcemod which is awesome against hackers.

Mani is full of security flaws, when Sourcemod is near 100%.

Yes mani actually stopped updating his admin system I think a year and a half ago..So like everyone has said the best idea would be to go to sm admin instead of using outdated mani

Every 1 is right here. Mani Has Many more Flaws. Sure You Might think its "easier", But actually not really. SourceMod Provides Better Protection and more options. If You need help setting up sourcemod or any mod for that fact. Just PM on the formus send me a private message.
