there supposed to be coming out with a 54mbps in the fredericton and st john NB areas :drool:
Dad had it for the past 7-8 years, never an issue

We get 1.5mbps download / ping around 70s on the server

i had rogers before (for about 2weeks)
went thru like 5modems within 2weeks so i sent them packing...plus the speeds were real bad (paying for 7mbs only getting 3mbps)

and for those of you complaing of a 60GB cap per month...try being on satellite and having a 200MB cap per day!

on a side note...
I used to work doing tech support for bell...in french
...
and now i do internet tech support for XPlornet
- Sasktel uses the same equipment - they just have their on call centers

I use the basic Verizon plan, but fios is not available in South-East Virginia yet. Sadface is sad.

I had Verizon FiOS installed, but me & Verizon don't get along so well, so I canceled it and went to a local company that basically brokers the same Verizon FiOS to me and charges me less for it. That, and THEY have to deal with Verizon, not me.

So, technically, "Other."

I had cox, hated it.

I swore when I bought my house I would get fios even if it was more. Well now I have the house, fios and it ended up being cheaper than cox!
