Ok guys. I've been spectating gossip for a while now, and he hacks.

Auto aim, things of this nature.
Many people who frequent the server (EGYPT NO BOTS) agree with me.

I told the admins.
Yet every day he comes into the egypt server and dominates the score board with hacks.
