Banned without reason

I was in the zombie server on blackmesa first round i ran the map i haden't said anything i haden't even seen a zombie yet we went through the secret passage and the vents when the rocket labs doors were about to open i threw a grenade and was banned for breaking server rules immediately after. it's a 1500 minute ban and i love your servers so if you could explain the ban or take it off i'd appreciate it
