Is being a complete moron!!
It keeps randomly popping up with a DSL password and username thing, but we don't have anything like it...
It rarely does it, but lately it has been doing it more and more...
You think it is at my ISP's end or is it my router?
It happens to all the computers connected to the router, so its not just my computer.

It should be your router now that im thinking about it, though im not so good with network stuff

It would be the router, check your router config, also call ur ISP and tell them the situation, msot likyl cause is your router has a wrong configuration,

Did you guys install any software given by your ISP or previous ISP? If so, uninstall it. I don't think routers would prompt for a username and password for any computers connected to it unless it you have something like a Value Point access controller (normally used in hotels, libraries...) What brand of a router do you have?

The problem seems to be dying out out now
Must of been them doing something stupid...
I'll post another thread should it start happening again, but with screen shots etc.
