ok im looking to make a level 19 twink just for PvP whats the best class for it?

Ummm, I think there's some good mail twink gear, and pallys rock, so make a Paladin.

i would say hunter.

pally is ok if you go holy spec, but even then they are weak sauce against anything else when you talk twinks

Hunter is the class that is the best in lvl 19 for twinks.
But with the upcoming patch remember, you can only fight twinks in bg's if you are a twink
