Im 15, heard alot of this stuff, plus we still have faxes and typerighters we use in my home :)

I remember I had a gameboy pocket, it was huge compared to most stuff, I still have it + pokemon blue! Hahaha, they were awsome days.
 
It's a lie! I know about most of that stuff and my dad still has all of his old vinyl records and player with his walkman. We still listen to his old Vinyl from time to time.
 
Not sure if this is a big one, but what about batteries in old video game cartridges for saving?
 
This is all true, but the sad thing about this thread is if someone doesn't know at least one of these things - immediately wikipedia awaits :(

See, my dad doesn't like new stuff, so I can compare with about 90% of things on that list, and I'm 14.

Living in my dads house is like living in the perpetual early 90s.
 
I know of dang near all of those, and I've used at least half, especially the internet ones. As I've said, we had dialup until the beginning of LAST YEAR. I once waited about 4 hours for a download. Thank God I didn't lose my connection, which happened all the time... and I used to be able to repeat the entire "song" of the modem dialing our ISP.

Also, I must have been one of the only people ever to have WiFi with a dialup connection. That was epic fail.

I call Bs. It is not free. The monthly fee is higher than any other game I play. I had to sell my mount to go to the college raid. haven't been able to buy a new one due to still being stuck in the LFG channel. Fail.


I remember all those things. I got my first computer before there were games. For serious.

Now i'm practically attached to my computer, and if I could, I would have one installed in my body so i didn't have to carry one around with me. And I demand HUD in my every day vision. NAO!

I had the "original" gameboy... like when it first came out...
