I was thinking about upgrading from xp but didn't want to chance my computer since it is my only computer

lol, because if we could, no one would buy the RTM. Best release candidate Microsoft has ever put out. I have to say, giving us a year to use it is pretty generous imo, especially considering it's from Microsoft.

I want to pay for it but I don't want to re-install. I do agree with you though the RC has been fantastic is terms of performance and asthetics.

Windows 7 Retail gets released October 22nd! Funny how the RC still lats until 2010 though.

Hahaha, lol, Microsoft doesn't do anything nice. The warrenty on my power Hungery Microsoft keyboard only lasted Half a Month! Yet my crappy wireless Dell mouse had a warrenty on it for 2 years.

Oh yeah, my Dell mouse is wireless, it's a ball mouse, AND it uses 4 AAA batteries.....

I already pre-ordered Windows 7 Home Premium E for 50€, it's great that Europeans get the full version (of course except for IE 8, but pretty much everybody who doesn't get Windows 7 without a new PC should know how to get a browser or know someone who can help him) for the upgrade price.
