buy 5 houses (hesperia, houses are cheap right now) and rent them off.. that will be like 750,000.. then buy a car.. and live of the money i get from the houses.. after i will sell like 2 (when house prices go up) and get another million!

with that million. i will buy apartments.. 50 units.. making around 50,000 a month. enough for that monthly payment and such.. when i get more money i will continue to buy apartment.. then i will sell of my other houses..

here in LA and Long Beach apartments go for 2,000 grand a month..

by the end of 5years or so. i will be a multymillionaire.. making more money that ever.. and i will also continue to buy..

the next step will problably be to buy some office rooms for companies... and make a ton more money off that..

yeah one million is enough to make me 100 million in time.... what i would do.. especially
