What game got you started into gaming?!

Wow, this is awhile back. Either Alien vs. Predator or Starcraft. Well, those were the first video games I played.

What really got me started into actual gaming was Halo.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone for the PC got me started into pc gaming.

Star Wars Battlefront got me into First Person PC gaming.

Guild Wars got me into MMOs

HL2:DM got me into steam gaming.

There it is, my gaming landmarks.

Back in the stone age - Commador64, Atari and Intellivision...then along came Doom and Duke Nukem to really get the ball rolling!!

For me it was the first Prince of Persia.

I think I first played it in 1990 on a friend's 386, got really hooked. His mother started calling me "son" due to me spending so much time at their house.

I remember I busted my father's B's for months until he got me a 386 so I could play this beautiful game. And thus my geek side was born.

It's going to surprise you but mine is Wolfenstein : Enemy Territory, a six years old free game that is still very popular.

Atari: Frogger, and other games i got laying around. (Still have my Atari as well)

Super Nintendo: Super Mario Bros, Turtles of Time, Killer Instinct (Various other games)

What got me into PC gaming is "Graal Online" check it out at www.graalonline.com

Original gaming: Jumpman on Commodore 64
LAN gaming: Tribes and StarCraft (My Cisco class in high school ruled)
Online gaming: Counter-Strike 1.4

a couple dos games I don't remember, Megaman (the original), and Mother Goose's Fairy Tales. I was like 4.

online gaming started for me with Socom 2
first actual console was sega genesis
i first really got into gaming with n64 though with my first game being
super mario 64

General gaming: Medal of Honor

Multiplayer games: RuneScape. Long before all the upgraded graphic jazz.

Multiplayer Shooters: Battlefield 2142.

Gaming in general was super mario bros, but online gaming was probably either runescape or halo 1 for pc.

Looks like I rank in with some of the older people lol.

The first games I remember playing include Pick-A-Dilly Pair and Eamon (a text-based zork like adventure) on my dad's Apple II/e.

We also had an Intellivision, on which I would play Burger Time, Utopia, Dungeons and Dragons Something Something Cloudy Mountain, and several others.
