i was talking to my friend he said he didnt need to be respectful or follow the rules since he wasnt in eGO and we argued about it for an hour,Which ended up me blocking him and us not being friends anymore ),=

No telling an admin that someone is AFK or being disruptive via admin chat is fine. But telling admins who to kick, who to ban, and that they kicked the guy for a dumb reason isn't acceptable.

Frap, I believe that there is only one exception to the "never tell an admin who to kick/ban" and (correct me if im wrong) that is, if the admin just came in, and there has been abuse of some rule by a player and the admin needs to be caught up, so the admin can make the correct decision on what to do.

Also, there is a big difference between arguing with an admin and asking why he/she did something. Many e's are young and inexperienced with the rules and the organization in general; they need to learn somehow. So admins shouldn't get annoyed if an e asks why they did something.

But +1 on never arguing with an admin

An e should never ask an eGO or an eG why they did something. This will always be taken the wrong way , as in arguing. Don't ever say, Why'd you kick this guy, or why was this banned in chat.
And feel free to tell an admin when someone is trouble making when they come in.

If someones disrespecting an admin, you shouldn't need to tell a DL, because the admin he's disrespecting will have already handled the situation...

plus the admins do a good job so it would be weird to tell an admin what to do :confused1:
