A New Monitor

I have a 22" samsung syncmaster and its great. I would go with the Asus 24" screen though because its fairly cheap for a screen that large, around 220 bucks at a 1920x1080 resolution. I would also recommend you get a fast GPU to support that resolution, something in the range of a 4850x2.

o god, please dont go with hp. im sorry, but some people may have better luck then me, but every time i get something hp, its either bad or something is wrong with it not even a year in.

im sorry but its the truth for a lot of people.

i say drop that hp, go with a samsung or an acer.

i had my doubts about acer, but when i got it, it is amazing. 24', 1920 x 1080 res, and i can go 1080p because it has 2 hdmi jacks in the back. i play my xbox on it to using the hdmi cable, and let me tell you, the picture is amazing. no dead pixels, and almost a year now. five buttons is touch and one is not.

so yea, you can connect 2 hdmi to it, or 2 vga. im telling you, acer is worth the money.

and a bit of advice, dont go for anything larger then 24', you really dont need one that big. and you dont wanna kill your eyes that much -_- 20' - 24' is big enough.
