New guy and competitions.

Our division does not have a single competative team, but we do have a competative league in which the teams are formed by our members on their own. The current league is in the playoff's and the new league season will start in about one month. But if you are asking if it is possible to get the Competition Award award in the TF2 division the answer is yes. All you have to do is participate in the competative league.
