Your joking right? Doing more actions on a controller compared to a keyboard with a million other keys. Tryin playing a MMO on a controller and tell me how that works. wordswordswordstoolongtoquote
Anyways, might actually reinstall l4d now :3. /excited
If it were Valve ruling you wouldn't have to pay for this DLC. Microsoft benefits from downloadble content so they force the developers to bring the content onto XBL for a price. You can blame Microsoft for being greedy.As an X-Box 360 Left 4 Dead player I do find it quite unfair that I will have to spend money to purchase this content.
I don't want to continue the thread hijack any longer, but I have to interject some perspective.
My computers are quite old. I have Left 4 Dead on my best one, and it barely runs. In fact for multiplayer, Left 4 Dead runs horribly. It's not worth it and I don't even have a chance to be competitive in Versus mode. I can't even contribute in Survival and campaign mode for that matter. With a budget like mine a new computer is nowhere in sight. Not complaining, that's just the way it is.
Now don't get me wrong I love PC gaming, but I love that I can get on my console of choice and play beautiful looking modern games without having to worry about things like system requirements and such. Left 4 Dead runs so much better on my 360 it's not even funny. Sure the online community isn't near as mature as a PC gaming community, but without even the option I wouldn't even enjoy playing some games like Left 4 Dead or even Battlefield 1943.
Well that's my 2 cents. Sure PC gaming may be better, but not everyone can afford that luxury. Just make sure you aren't disrespectful towards the people who can enjoy console gaming for what it is.

When it's quality DLC, I would pay for it. However, if they would have wanted money for every content update, I would probably not play this game anymore, seeing as frequent the updates are. Fortunately, Valve doesn't charge any extra money! I'll gladly stick to Valve's games if they continue to support their games like this.When it's quality DLC, I would probably pay for it;
props to Valve for continuing to offer free DLC for games. OMG, could you imagine if they bumped us for 4.99 every time they released a TF2 class update?
