idk if this is fake, but it seems to be something that was considered as an alternative to the natasha. personally i think it would have made the heavy clas extremely overpowered.

Yeah, there was a ton of different things that they scrapped for unlocks. The medic overhealer, the pyro firepick.

Its called Medics with Blutsaugers.

Valve wanted to give the Heavy a weapon that allows him to stay alive a lot longer without a medic. This was the weapon they thought off... However, there were two reasons why they scrapped it: it was waaay overpowered and It's pretty much a Blutsauger.
I guess the Sandvich took Ludmilla's place. Unfortunately, Natascha does not really help when you're alone... Quite the opposite, actually. Meet a Sasha wielding Heavy or a Soldier and you will be killed easily. Other Classes except for the Scout have it a bit easier to kill you, too.

i saw that video as well. I had that once in the randomized server. but i found it weird they didn't do mini crits like the flare gun does now.
