Is alienware the best or not

tell me if you think that alienware is a good gamein pc

I have an Alienware notebook and this thing is awesome! its the best gaming notebook that ive ever had, it runs fast, has an hd screen, looks great and is fun to play on. As for a desktop, there pretty good as well look great and have some great performance stuff, my brother built his computer with the same specs as an alienware for a lot cheaper then what they wanted.

But i do believe that alienware is a great computer from my experience, i havnt had any isues from it!

Well if u really don't want to build and have the cash to do it go for it, i mean, they'r not the only gaming pc company out there, but in my choices one of the best gaming pc's. But u could build one yourself with same specs for half the cash. That's just my two cents.

I agree with everyone above, GREAT PC but you're mostly paying for the name, unless you are looking for a lappy then you can't really build your own there. Yes you CAN but it's much less common.

If you don't wanna build your own you can find better home builds on ebay or something like that. for cheaper than Alienware. (Also if you really want the name look in the refurb part of the website, you can find some SICK deals there)

Nope just like all other company's that build custom PC they're way over price and you can build a better one yourself for a lot cheaper.

You'd be saving hundreds building the computer yourself. You are pretty much paying extra for the case

If you're going for a desktop, build it. No reason not to.

Laptop... they do have nice laptops, but damn they're expensive.

Way way way way way overpriced in every way shape & form! For desktop you should build your own, its super easy & you have a website here full of experienced people to help if needed. as for a laptop, try ibuypower, they do good laptops & are more reasonably priced.

Eh, I bought my Alienware desktop CASE, the previous owner forgot to take out the liquid cooler so HEHE. It runs great, the rest I built by myself, but I mean, the regular ones are amazing, they're just not amazing enough to spend so much money on.

i built my pc for ?1200 and at the time aliewear had the exact same PC as mine for over ?2000
so they overprice liek crazy

Overpriced, people always go omg they are so amazing obviously have no idea what they are talking about and probably just bought it for the case. You could build the same comps for 1000$ less, they are just ripping you off because of the brand name and because people think the case looks awesome so obviously the PC is awesome.

It suckers a lot of people, always build your own comp or get one off a site that builds it for you for the same price. Plus you can make sure everything is alright when your building it and what kind of thermal grease you use etc..


Plus I think they use stock heatsinks.
